Advanced Troubleshooting - $20 - Any transaction involving disassembly of a device of any kind will come with a $20 charge regardless of repairability. This charge will be applied towards any further authorized repair costs. This is for our time and services and is non-refundable.

If your device is unrepairable, your device will be reverted back to its broken state and returned, and you are not charged beyond the advanced troubleshooting fee. We will also recycle/dispose your device if requested. We will make every effort to try and determine repairability before opening anything.

CLEANINGS

• Phones

  • Wipe-down/UV Disinfect/Port Cleaning - $10 (all included)

  • Full Disassembly Cleaning - $20

*Any phone repair involving disassembly will automatically include a full cleaning free of charge

• Laptops and Gaming Consoles

  • Full Disassembly Cleaning - $40

    • Desktops - $50

  • Thermal Paste Replacement - $5 (in addition to disassembly)

  • Liquid Metal Replacement - $10 (in addition to disassembly)

CONSOLE HDMI/USB PORT REPLACEMENT - $100

• Every HDMI Port replacement gets a free cleaning

• Any trace repairs needed beyond two ripped pads will incur an additional $5/pad

SOFTWARE FIXES

• OS Installation - $20

• First-Time Setup - $20

• Virus Removal/Check - $20

• System Tune-up - $20

• Data Recovery - $40 (Can be more if repair is needed to access data. Data storage provided by customer or can be purchased through us at a premium. Data recovery starts with an assessment to determine if recovery is possible and payment is not taken until it is successfully recovered.)

*Any and all other repairs will be quoted with an estimate at diagnostic. The quote reflects part cost plus labor/materials. In these cases, the Advanced Troubleshooting fee will act as a deposit towards the repair and is non-refundable.
