Warranty Information

We guarantee repairs to be fully working for 60 days after service. This means that if you have any issues at all as a result of our repair, we will fix the issue for no charge or give you a refund in full within those 60 days.

We do NOT warranty any issues caused by customer damage or misuse. All devices will be documented with photographs before, during, and after repairs to track any evidence of damage, preexisting or otherwise.

If a device has multiple points of damage but only certain repairs are authorized, the warranty is based off of our own discretion and the level of authorized repair. For example, if a phone has a broken screen and back glass, but the customer only elects to fix the screen, then the repair will not be warrantied.
